for Hanger in Thunderhill's Grand Reopening
(March
29, 2026) The #29 team invaded Thunderhill Raceway
in Summertown, Tennessee on March 27-28 for the track's grand
reopening weekend. The Schaeffer's Oil Spring Nationals Series
was slated to preside over a pair of weekend events at the Volunteer
State venue, but Mother Nature secured the victory in Friday's
$5,053 to win program.
During Saturday's showdown, which shelled out a
$15,053 first place prize, Christian Hanger knocked down the sixth
fastest lap in Group B during the qualifying session prior to
advancing to finish fourth in his heat race. After starting the
60-lap headliner from the outside of the fourth row, Christian
battled an incorrect tire choice and ultimately finished in the

Hanger Returns to Duck River for Winterfest
(March
15, 2026) Christian Hanger Racing was back in
the pit area at Duck River Raceway Park in Wheel, Tennessee on
Saturday, March 14 for the annual running of 'Winterfest.' The
Ultimate Super Late Model Series presided over the action yesterday
at Duck River and a $6,000 payday was up for grabs. Christian
Hanger stopped the clock tenth quickest overall during the qualifying
session and later placed third in his stacked heat race. After
rolling off from the inside of the fourth row in the 40-lap main
event, Christian was running in the sixth spot before running
into trouble shortly before the halfway mark in the contest. The
Winchester, Tennessee ace ultimately retired from the race in

Invades Duck River for Track Opener
(February
22, 2026) On Saturday, February 21, Christian
Hanger returned to racing action at the nearby Duck River Raceway
Park in Wheel, Tennessee. The Volunteer State facility held their
season opener yesterday and a $2,000 winner's check was up for
grabs for the 365 Super Late Model division. Christian, who went
second quickest overall during the hot lap session, laid down
the seventh fastest lap during time trials to earn the inside
of the fourth row for the start of the 30-lap main event. Unfortunately,
troubles during the contest dropped the Winchester, Tennessee

Hanger Starts 2026 Season in Ice Bowl
(January
4, 2026) Christian Hanger Racing ventured south
to kick off their 2026 campaign on January 2-3 at Talladega Short
Track in Eastaboga, Alabama. The unsanctioned 'Ice Bowl XXXV'
took place over the weekend at TST and a $7,500 payday was up
for grabs for the ground-pounding Super Late Models. With 33 competitors
on the grounds, Christian Hanger knocked down the eighth quickest
time in his group during Friday's qualifying session. Unfortunately,
the Winchester, Tennessee ace scratched from his heat race and
did not compete in Saturday's consolation event as well. He was
not able to make the start in the 50-lap headliner that was ultimately

Drops into Bulls Gap & I-75 with Southern Nationals
(July
16, 2025) Fresh off the DIRTcar Summer Nationals
grind, the Christian Hanger Racing team bolted back south to enter
a pair of Schaeffer's Oil Southern Nationals Series shows on July
14-15 in the Volunteer State. Up first was the $7,552 to win 'Scott
Sexton Memorial' on Monday night at Volunteer Speedway in Bulls
Gap, Tennessee. Christian Hanger timed in sixth quickest in Group
A during qualifying to lock himself into the 52-lap feature, but
was unfortunately an early retiree in the twenty-first position.
At I-75 Raceway in Sweetwater, Tennessee on Tuesday evening, Christian
knocked down the tenth fastest lap in Group A during time trials
and later opted to scratch from his B-Main. He was unable to make
the start in the $7,553 to win main event that was ultimately

Concludes DIRTcar Summer Nationals Grind
(July
14, 2025) From July 8-13, Christian Hanger wrapped
up the DIRTcar Summer Nationals in events across the states of
Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. While he was unable to net a top
ten performance during the hectic final week, Christian was able
to find his way into each of the six feature events. The Winchester,
Tennessee native placed seventeenth on Tuesday at Shadyhill (IN)
Speedway, thirteenth on Wednesday at Montpelier (IN) Motor Speedway,
seventeenth on Thursday at Butler (MI) Motor Speedway, twelfth
on Friday at Crystal (MI) Motor Speedway, twenty-second on Saturday
in the annual 'Birthday Race' at Oakshade (OH) Raceway, and twenty-first
in the tour finale on Sunday at Wayne County (OH) Speedway. Complete

Tens for Christian Hanger on Summer Nationals

7, 2025) Winchester, Tennessee ace Christian Hanger
was very consistent during week four on the grueling DIRTcar Summer
Nationals tour with a total of four top ten efforts from July
1-6! Christian finished sixth at both Benton (MO) Speedway on
Tuesday and LaSalle (IL) Speedway on Thursday, seventh at Duck
River (TN) Raceway Park on Sunday, and ninth at Spoon River (IL)
Speedway on Wednesday. The other two finishes for the week were
twentieth place performances in $10,000 to win specials on Friday
at Red Hill (IL) Raceway and on Saturday at Tri-State (IN) Speedway.

Busy Week
Headlined by a Sixth in Herald & Review 100
(June
30, 2025) The third week on the "Hell Tour"
took the Christian Hanger Racing team to Missouri, Illinois, and
Tennessee from June 24-29. Christian Hanger's best run of the
hectic week came during the annual 'Herald & Review 100' on
Thursday at the mighty Macon Speedway in Macon, Illinois. Christian
charged from 22nd-to-6th in the 100-lap extravaganza at the tiny
1/5-mile oval. Other finishes for the week included a twenty-first
on Tuesday at Springfield (MO) Raceway, a seventeenth on Saturday
at Highland (IL) Speedway, and a fourteenth on Sunday at Clarksville
(TN) Speedway. Wednesday's contest at Tri-City (IL) Speedway was
rained-out, while Christian unfortunately missed out on the $10,000
to win main event on Friday at Farmer City (IL) Raceway. Complete

Top Five
for Christian Hanger Racing in Hawkeye State!
(June
23, 2025) Week two on the DIRTcar Summer Nationals
grind took the #29 team to six different racetracks in the states
of Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, and Missouri from June 16-22. Christian
Hanger had his best run to date on the "Hell Tour" on
Thursday night at Lee County Speedway in Donnellson, Iowa. Christian
won his heat race in preliminary action, led 18 of the 30 feature
laps, and eventually placed fourth at the checkers behind only
$5,000 victor Tyler Erb, Chris Simpson, and Mark Whitener.
Other finishes for the busy week included a twenty-second
on Monday at Wilmot (WI) Raceway, a twenty-second again on Tuesday
at Davenport (IA) Speedway, and a seventeenth on Sunday at Lincoln
(IL) Speedway. The event at Quincy (IL) Raceway on Wednesday was
washed out and Christian was unfortunately unable to make the
start in the pair of features on Friday and Saturday at Federated
Raceway at I-55 in Pevely, Missouri. Complete results from each

Hanger Starts Off Summer Nationals Grind
(June
16, 2025) The first grueling week of the DIRTcar
Summer Nationals tour took place from June 10-15 and Christian
Hanger entered in all five events that were completed in the Land
of Lincoln. Christian transferred into all five features during
the week with his best effort of seventeenth coming on two different
occasions. The Winchester, Tennessee native placed second in his
heat race and seventeenth in the $5,000 to win main event on Thursday
at Peoria Speedway, while he won his heat race and slipped to
seventeenth in the $5,000 to win headliner on Sunday at Sycamore
Speedway.
Other finishes for the week included a nineteenth
on Tuesday in the opener at the Brownstown Bullring, twenty-first
on Wednesday at Kankakee County Speedway, and twenty-fifth on
Saturday at Fairbury Speedway. Friday's $10,000 to win contest
at Tri-City Speedway was won by Mother Nature. Full results from
